For visitors

• Your Events page shows a summary of upcoming events.
• Each event has a unique page with more information.
• You can display a summary of the "next event" elsewhere on your website; e.g. on your home page.
• Our CMS automatically handles which events should be shown and archived.
• The CMS archives and groups old events that have past, sorting them by month and year.
• Visitors can make a booking enquiry from the event page and you will receive an email confirming their details.
• Our booking form helps limit SPAM by using CAPTCHA protection.
• An RSS feed is automatically generated for your events.

For admins

• Events can be managed by your CMS admin user(s) from one admin screen.
• It's easy to use and very similar to changes pages on your website.
• You simply need to complete a handful of fields to advertise your event.
• Advertising your own events helps reduce your costs.

Any new events can be entered into the system by you or your teams of administrators. Visitors can subscribe via RSS to receive updates for upcoming events as they are added to the site.
